1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "the user") and Simourgh Plus ("Simourgh", "we", "us"), an independent digital-services brand operating the marketplace at simourgh.plus. By creating an account, placing an order, or using any part of the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Description of Services
Simourgh is a marketplace that resells and delivers digital products and access services, including:
- Network & Access — iran-vpn, a VLESS-protocol access service that lets users abroad reach Iranian banking, government, and domestic e-commerce sites. Plans are sold in units of GB-of-traffic and days-of-validity.
- AI Services — subscriptions for ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro, Midjourney and similar AI products.
- Streaming & Entertainment — Netflix, Spotify, YouTube Premium, Hulu, Paramount+, Deezer, TIDAL, Mubi and similar.
- Software & Productivity — Norton 360, Bitdefender, Kaspersky, Windows 10 Pro keys, Microsoft Office, and similar licenses.
- Gift Cards — PayPal, Steam, Visa/Mastercard prepaid, Paysafecard, Nike, Starbucks, Uber, DoorDash, eBay, Nintendo eShop, Blizzard, Roblox, EA, Spotify, Apple, Google Play.
- Gaming Subscriptions — PlayStation Plus, Xbox Game Pass.
- Game Credits — League of Legends RP, Valorant VP, GTA Shark Cards, Minecraft Minecoins, Brawl Stars Gems, Telegram Stars.
- Accounts — Telegram Premium and similar premium accounts.
- Education — Duolingo Super/Max, LinkedIn Learning and similar plans.
Simourgh is an independent reseller. Except where explicitly stated, we are not the publisher, manufacturer, or official distributor of the third-party services we resell. Use of those services is additionally governed by the third party's own terms (Section 13).
3. Eligibility & Account Creation
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction — whichever is higher — and you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- You may create one account per person. Multiple accounts opened to abuse promotions, coupons, referrals, or fraud-prevention flags may be consolidated or suspended.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. All activity under your account is your responsibility. Two-factor authentication is available and strongly recommended.
- You must provide accurate information at registration and keep it current. Using false identity, stolen credentials, or a stolen payment instrument is a material breach of these Terms.
4. User Obligations
By using the Site, you agree that you will not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the digital credentials, VPN configurations, gift-card codes, license keys, or other deliverables you receive from us. Our prices are for a single end-user.
- Initiate a chargeback after the digital good has been delivered. Post-delivery chargebacks are considered fraud (Section 10).
- Use the VPN for illegal activity under the law of (a) the jurisdiction from which you connect or (b) the jurisdiction through which your traffic is routed. Prohibited uses include, without limitation: child sexual abuse material, unauthorized intrusion into computer systems, distribution of malware, coordinated harassment, and sanctions evasion.
- Abuse the VPN bandwidth pool by operating torrents, high-volume scrapers, or commercial-scale proxy resale on plans not priced for such use.
- Probe, scan, or attempt to compromise our infrastructure or other users' accounts.
- Impersonate another person, any Simourgh staff member, or any of the brands whose products we resell.
5. Payments & Wallet
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cryptomus — crypto payments in USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, and TRX.
- Stripe Checkout — credit and debit cards, on Stripe's hosted checkout page.
- SwapWallet — Iranian Rial gateway.
- Wallet — internal store credit held in your account (
wallet_balance_usd).
The wallet is store credit, not a bank account. Funds loaded into the wallet can be spent on our services and, where applicable, refunded into the wallet from cancelled orders. The wallet balance is not withdrawable in the ordinary course. Withdrawal back to an external payment method may be granted at our sole discretion by opening a support ticket and, where we agree, will be processed minus any applicable network and processing fees.
Payments are final on confirmation from the payment processor. For crypto payments, a confirmation typically requires the transaction to reach the minimum number of network confirmations required by Cryptomus.
6. Pricing & Currencies
- All prices are displayed in USD and are the authoritative amount of the contract.
- A local-currency equivalent (IRR, EUR, etc.) may be shown based on your currency preference. The shown local value is indicative; the amount actually billed is the USD amount (or its USDT equivalent for crypto).
- We may change prices at any time. Active, already-paid orders are not affected.
- Promotions, coupons, referral credits, and bundle pricing are governed by their own terms and may be withdrawn at any time if abused.
7. KYC for Restricted Services
Certain Iranian-banking and government-portal services are legally or commercially restricted and require identity verification ("Full tier KYC") before we can activate them. You agree that:
- We may require you to complete identity verification before provisioning such services;
- The KYC process is performed by our identity partner; we retain only a success/fail status flag;
- Providing false or forged KYC material is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination, forfeiture of wallet balance, and referral to authorities.
8. Delivery & Service-Level Expectations
- Instant delivery — for VPN configurations, license keys, gift-card codes, and most static credentials. These are provisioned as soon as the payment processor confirms the transaction (typically seconds to a few minutes).
- Manual delivery — for in-game top-ups, account-based game credits, and certain regional gift cards processed via partner platforms. We aim to complete these within 24 hours during business hours. Delays may occur during maintenance windows or upstream partner outages.
- OTP / phone-number services — we forward the OTP to your dashboard as soon as we receive it from the upstream SMS provider. If no OTP arrives within the provider's published window, the order is automatically refunded to your wallet.
If your order remains undelivered past the published window, open a ticket with your order ID and we will investigate within one business day.
9. Refund Policy
Digital goods are non-refundable once delivered. This is an industry-standard policy and reflects the fact that once a code, credential, or config has been revealed to you, it cannot be recalled.
We will issue a refund (to your Simourgh wallet) in the following cases:
- Undelivered orders — if we cannot deliver your order within 7 days of payment and you have not already been provisioned.
- Defective codes or credentials — if the code is already redeemed on arrival, the account is banned on arrival, or the VPN configuration does not connect and our support cannot resolve it within a reasonable attempt. We will either replace the item or refund the purchase price to your wallet.
- Material misrepresentation — if the product you received materially differs from the listing page.
Wallet refunds are typically issued within 7 days of investigation. Refunds back to the original payment method are not standard; where exceptionally agreed, network and processing fees are your responsibility. Requests for refund must be opened within 14 days of delivery via support ticket.
10. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your card issuer or a dispute with a crypto gateway after the digital good has been delivered constitutes fraud under these Terms. Consequences include:
- Immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of any wallet balance;
- Invalidation of VPN configurations, license keys, and any other still-functional deliverables;
- Referral to the card network, payment processor, and/or collections for recovery of the disputed amount plus a $25 administrative fee and any chargeback penalties imposed by the processor;
- Permanent ban from the platform.
If you believe your order is genuinely problematic, contact support first — we will resolve legitimate cases far faster than a chargeback.
11. VPN Fair-Use
- iran-vpn plans are sold per GB of traffic with a validity window in days. You can use any reasonable number of devices so long as total bandwidth stays within the plan cap.
- Simultaneous use from a pattern of device fingerprints inconsistent with normal personal use (e.g., dozens of concurrent IPs on one config) is considered resale and will result in the configuration being suspended without refund.
- We do not throttle speed within a plan. We may throttle or suspend a configuration that is harming infrastructure capacity for other users (e.g., runaway scrapers).
- We do not log the content of your VPN traffic. See Section 11 of our Privacy Policy.
12. Intellectual Property
The Site design, code, branding, copywriting, images, and the "Simourgh Plus" name are our intellectual property or used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site materials except for your personal use of the service. All third-party trademarks shown (Netflix, Spotify, Stripe, etc.) are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the products we resell.
13. Third-Party Terms
Many of the products we resell are produced and operated by third parties. When you buy a Netflix account, a Steam gift card, a Microsoft license key, or similar, you are also bound by that third party's own terms of service. We are not responsible for changes the third party makes to its service, account suspensions by the third party for reasons under its terms, or regional restrictions imposed by the third party. Where a third party is contacted directly (e.g., Netflix's own "forgot password" flow), do so only within the rules the third party allows.
14. Disclaimers
The Site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, that every third-party product will remain accessible from every region forever, or that any specific result will be achieved. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, and our sole remedy is a refund of that amount to your wallet. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, nor for loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of reputation.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simourgh, its staff, contractors, and partners from any claim, damage, liability, or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any third party's rights or of any applicable law.
17. Termination & Suspension
- You may close your account at any time from your dashboard or by support ticket. Closure does not release you from obligations already incurred (e.g., pending chargebacks).
- We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, for fraud, for legal reasons, or to protect the platform. Where the breach is non-fraudulent and curable, we will typically notify you and provide an opportunity to cure.
- Upon termination for cause, any remaining wallet balance obtained through fraud or chargeback activity is forfeit. Balance deposited in good faith will be refunded within 30 days via the original payment method where possible.
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Simourgh Plus operates as an independent, internationally-used digital-services brand and is not bound to a single jurisdiction. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with the laws of your country of residence and of any jurisdiction from which you connect. These Terms will be interpreted in good faith and consistent with internationally recognized principles of contract law. No specific national court is designated as the exclusive venue.
19. Dispute Resolution
- Step 1 — Support ticket. Any dispute must first be raised via the ticket system at simourgh.plus/user/tickets. We will respond within a reasonable time and engage in a good-faith attempt to resolve the matter.
- Step 2 — Alternative Dispute Resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved by support, either party may propose a neutral mediator or arbitrator agreed in writing. Fees are shared equally unless otherwise agreed.
- No class actions. All disputes must be brought individually.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes — for example, changes to the refund policy, payment methods, user obligations, or liability limits — will be announced at the top of this page and by email to the address on your account at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Site and, if you wish, close your account.
21. Severability & Miscellaneous
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any service-specific terms linked from the order page, constitute the entire agreement between you and Simourgh regarding your use of the Site.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
- Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to an affiliate or successor.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (outages of upstream providers, internet disruptions, legal orders, natural disasters, etc.).
- Language. These Terms are available in English and Persian. If a discrepancy arises, the English version controls.
